• Attention Parents and Students: Don’t Wait—Get Your Sports Physical Done Early!

As we prepare for an exciting new year of school athletics, now is the perfect time to schedule your student’s sports physical. All K–12 student-athletes are required to have a completed sports physical on file before participating in their first practice*. Getting this done early helps ensure a smooth start to the season—and supports your athlete’s safety and success on the field!

Sports physicals are essential for identifying potential health issues, preventing injuries, and promoting overall wellness. As a District committed to our Students First mission and Whole Child Commitment, we encourage all families to prioritize this important step in preparing for the 2025–2026 school year.

April 15th is the earliest date students can begin getting their sports physicals for the upcoming school year, so plan ahead and avoid the last-minute rush—getting it done early is the best way to stay on track for a great season.

We’ve provided a list of locations offering sports physicals, complete with hours, contact information, and any additional requirements^.

Let’s work together to ensure every student-athlete is ready to shine this season!

    * Sports physicals must be completed and submitted prior to participating in any team practice or athletic activity.
